Deena
Deena joined as a complete beginner in the gym. Initially, Deena wanted to reduce ongoing aches and pains and get into generally better shape. She had tried many of the traditional and popular weight loss methods and always rebounded back to her start point. Deena
wanted something sustainable that would improve her quality and enjoyment of life. We had no idea that Deena would break through all of her barriers and goals, then set new ones…and smash through those too! Over the course of 18 months, we rehabilitated
enduring postural issues that were causing pain and then set about finding the best shape of Deena’s life.
Here Is some feedback from Deena during that process:
“I am now able to go to the gym by myself and feel comfortable. I am also very motivated to achieve a goal which you have inspired me to achieve. I am very pleased with my experience with you, especially your consciousness regarding any issues that I have (e.g.
my knee). This gives me the confidence to trust in your guidance, ensuring I am getting physically fit while also keeping me from injury. You have also been super at motivating me and keeping me going, I'm glad that I chose you to be my PT.”
Through ongoing education, Deena got more confident with her own training and lifestyle management. She then decided to go for a huge life goal – complete a photoshoot for her 50th birthday! Together we structured a plan that was manageable alongside working full-
time and her lifestyle. Through continuous improvements and regular reviews, we kept adjusting gradually to work towards the result we wanted to achieve.
This is evidence that with commitment and desire, nothing is impossible and it is never too
late to start! Strong, confident and in the best shape of her life! This is why I do what I do!

Sean
Sean joined me as an online client in June 2023. Working in the building trade, Sean had a very active job but was extremely busy. This meant he was reaching for fast, convenient food on a daily basis. Sean was also finding that the manual element of his job was taking its
toll on his body and was starting to impact on his everyday life.
Sean wanted to work on reducing his pain levels and improving his mobility as well as improving his long-term health and wellbeing. We assessed the home equipment that Sean had available to use and structured a plan that would promote improved movement while
building strength. We also discussed food options that would be acceptable swaps during his working day, taking into consideration time and cooking equipment constraints.
In just four months, Sean has had significant postural improvements, significantly reduced his body fat levels and managed to lose 7kg in body weight. Thanks to his consistency and effort, Sean has noticed a lot of improvement when doing his manual job. He is also a
professional model painter and 3D sculpter. His improvements have allowed him to give more time to this, as he is able to spend more time applying himself due to his reduced pain levels and improved posture. This has been a massive benefit to his work/life balance and
mental wellbeing as he can spend more time doing things he loves doing, without the pain.
As with all clients, finding the balance that allows them to do the things they love to do,
while still making progress towards improved health and wellbeing, is a key part of my role
and commitment to you!

Zoe
I have gone from a sedentary lifestyle suffering from long-term excess weight issues and aches and pains to exercising at least four times a week, losing 11 inches off my body and 6 Kg in weight. In just under 4 months too! I feel a totally different person and others are really starting to notice too. I'm just sorry I didn't do this 10 years ago :-)
I wasn't comfortable taking about non weight/exercise related issues at first but you put me at ease and allowed me time to open up. I joined you with very poor mental health, very little confidence, low self esteem but a whole load of motivation to change! You have taken the time to get to know and understand me as a person and have tailored your approach to my needs. You have offered unconditional support, guidance and advice and when needed, just an ear or a shoulder to cry on. You empowered me to seek help from my GP and keep me grounded with gentle truths and realistic expectations. I cannot thank you enough - I was hoping for physical changes but I had no idea your coaching would lead to positive changes in every aspect of my life. Thank you x
